Personal Coaching
Personal coaching is focused one-on-one coaching tailored specifically on the clients most important goals, interests, challenges and needs, whether they be life- or business- focused. Coaching follows a standard process but customized to each individual client. Because the coach is working one-on-one with the client, personal coaching sessions are much more focused and tailored for each.
What to Expect
You are making an investment in yourself when you engage in coaching. My expectation is that you make a commitment to our time together and come ready to be open and ready to go deep. At the end of the session you will have an action plan and an accountability agreement.
Confidentiality
In lines with the ICF Standards of Ethical Conduct, I will maintain strict confidentiality. Anything you share with me stays between us. The only time I would be required to break confidentiality is if a client presented as a danger to him/herself or others.
